We view the situation relative to the horizon
and earths tilt on it's axis

as well as to the fixed stars

HOWEVER
you did mention
on that other thread

Other
1. Those who observe the ''Aries ingress'' for the whole world,
when it is not the beginning of the ecliptic in the Southern Hemisphere,
nor the only one in any hemisphere,
rather than following the syzygies most preceding solstices and equinoxes for each season,
which is most proper and natural, like Ptolemy rightly puts forward in his second book.

But if we take an astrological perspective, which is always topocentric, the fixed stars have swift motion of theirs too. Also observation of falling leafs and cold wintry weather has made me think that the movement with respect to the celestial equator is more important than proximity to fixed stars.

Fixed Stars have an effect I have observed in the lives of people
but you may be correct

I'm certainly no expert

Certainly
to make no distinction between hemispheres
and thus
to apparently
equate Northern Hemisphere cold wintry weather
and resultant falling of many a leaf
with Southern Hemisphere Spring
and the budding of many a leaf

seems irrational

weather is certainly affected by axial tilt of our planet

and thus

since it seems evident that our planet is noticeably affected
by receiving more or less heat and light at Equinoxes and Solstices
dependent relative to respective hemispheres

then

since Fixed Stars are distant massive blazing suns

in comparison with which our sun is puny

it seems plausible that
Fixed Stars have some influence on our weather

But just as we do not take into account distant so-called planets like Neptune and Pluto, so we do not take into factor the power of the emanations of distant suns by their possible sizes, rather we do this by observation of their magnitude, colours and sublunar influences from geocentric, or more correctly topocentric perspective. So what you describe is not rational or traditional approach.

Perhaps irrational from that perspective
Nevertheless
despite their being multiple light years distant from our planet
Fixed Stars ARE VISIBLE SUNS
whereas the much closer outers
are invisible
therefore
there can be no comparison between outers and Fixed Stars
particularly when LIGHT emanation
i.e.
MAGNITUDE of a particular Fixed Star is considered
