I lost my Phone!!! can it be found?

ok im still fairly new to horary, but i recently got a new phone and ive always kept my phone close, but somehow i seem to have forgot where i placed it last night as i was about to drive off. this morning i made the chart to see if i can figure out what happen

so far i see the phone is represented by Saturn in the second house
moon being in the 4th may represent that the phone may be near my house
but since im represented as mars it may not be in the house but already dropped while traveling and i didnt know(mer in 12 but) im not sure. i really needed some help trying to find it. or is it lost forever...
