Hi all the community!
I try to explain briefly the situation. I am an Italian ICT specialist who accrued a lot of experience in that sector. I am not happy about current contract cause it let me feel underpaid for what I am doing. I was contacted by a dutch consulting company around 3 weeks ago and they are interested to hire me in their company proposing a net rate 4+ times higher than the Italian one.
As I am a newbie in the horary astrology field, I would appreciate whether someone could help me to give an interpretation to the question asked in the title paired with the image I attached here.
I feel a lot of pressure about this opportunity because I should relocate in Netherlands moving taxes and living residences avoid double taxation in both countries: Italy and Netherlands.
