Partner Job Interview

My partner has interviewed for a new job recently and I was wondering whether he will be accepted. The past year has been stressful for him career-wise and the COVID-19 crisis doesn't help. Formally he will have to wait another week for the result however I want to ask this horary here:

Question: "Will my bf get this position?"

Querent: (Me obviously) Libra ASC-Venus is placed in the first house in Scorpio.

Quesited: He is on my 7th House ruled by Aries and his 10th H (career) is my 4rth H in Capricorn -Saturn.

There is a square between his significator - Mars and his 10th house- Saturn.

To me, this doesn't look positive.


Any help would be greatly appreciated. Generally, I am not sure if this reflected in the chart, he has sent a lot of CVs and interviewed only for one job so far. I really want him to get it as I want the best option for him.

EDIT: I think there is a 9th H emphasis (His 9th) ruled by Jupiter conjunct his Qesited -10th- Saturn. Not sure how this will play out for him. He is about to send his portfolio to possible employers abroad. Hopefully one of these opportunities will arise.
