Mars makes harmonious aspects to 11th and 7th house rulers, but they are separating. Have you recently missed an opportunity to meet new people?
If we also take Uranus as your co-significator, it's about to trine the 11th house ruler in 7 units.
However, I think transits would be more significant than a horary chart in this case.

7 units could be 7days or months??
what chart do you propose to post with transits?natal?could you see it?

Uranus is in a cardinal sign and Saturn in a mutable sign. Could mean 7 weeks/months. 7 days is not realistic for such a question. Post your transits to your natal chart (even better if you post in Predictive Astrology).
