Is it back to work again or is it a new beginning?

Hello lads and gents,

Im working for five years in my family company. Together with my father and my brother. In the past, couple times happened actually and the main reasons were father's rage.
Again same **** (big crush) and i said bye. Two days later i talked with my father and he said he was so sorry and said "i will not repeat anything like this again."

Im at the beginning and not much responsibilities about life. You know...
So is it really the time for searching/doing another job? (what im doing these days) or going back to my ex company?
I really need your help. Thank you in advance.
