My DOB 2 sept 1983, bangalore, india @ 6.05 am.
husbands dob 10 december 1976 nellore india @ 00.30am
We are currently planning to buy a house. we made an offer on the 1st house, unfortunately our loan was not approved and we had to pull out of it. Later we found a 2nd house we liked and made an offer, which got accepted and we procceeded with loan application. loan is not getting approved.... however hard we try? is anything seen in my/husbands chart that indicated delays.... Kindly help! Please find mine and my husbands chart below.
My question is we have applied for a mortgage in both our names, husband being the main earner and myself being a home maker. We will get out mortgage offer? will we buy this house?
Please help us!
