Has he been gossiping about me?

I may be paranoid here but I have a feeling that an ex has been gossiping about me to our friends behind my back, which I think this chart confirms. His 3rd ruler in an applying sextile to me, trining Neptune and Moon (the question) squaring him.

Is there a way to pinpoint what he might be saying? I note that he's in the sign of my detriment and Mercury's in Scorpio so I know it's not pleasant. Is there any significance of him being in the degree of the nodes?

Interesting, thanks Bunraku. I assumed he might be as he's in the sign of my detriment and sitting in his 12th house of enemies.
