A friend of mine was just served by her estranged husband, court papers demanding Alimony from his wife, and does not want to be responsible for the kids (she takes care of the kids)

it sounds pretty...sad really, having a man ask a woman to pay for him, let alone not want anything to do with the kids, will she win the court case she was served with?
