hello everyone im trying to figure out my brothers rising sign. our mother was on drugs ( dont judge ) and doesnt remember. our dad wasnt around to ask anyway. he was born aug 3 1989, im guessing 12pm plus minus 10 hours. given his profession and looks i would guess.

hes 6ft 1 240lbs, blonde hair blue eyes, hair is receeding mostly at temples. eye brows are curved , thick neck and jaw muscular and lean. explosive temper , impulsive , works with metal and iron aries mc?? , was a pro boxer, is a powerlifter as hes abnormally strong lots of scars on the body and face. but he has a stare of a scorpio and really intense eyes. im guessing aries. or mars on the asc.
i know he was born with a chord around his neck and had phneumonia and was in the icu. 6th house or 12th dominant???
