I need a guidance on what is the best thing (most beneficial) to do to my investment property.
My apartment was being rented until the tenants moved out yesterday. Due to covid, it seems like I'm finding a hard time to find a tenant who's willing to pay for the right price. I'm willing to lower the rent (because I still need the money to pay for the mortgage) but wondering should I give them 6 months or 12 months contract? Or sell the property all together?

PS. The property is not in the country I'm currently at, so I don't live there.
