T-Squares and Grand Trines: how to read them?

Hi all!
This is my very first post here. I'm very curious about astrology and I've been researching all the aspects of my birth chart for some time now. Recently, I realized I might have 4 T-Squares and 4 Grand Trines and I got really surprised. It is possible to have so much of them?

I've been trying to understand what they mean, but it's still blurry to me. Could you please help me?

I have:

T-Squares:
ASC (Cancer) - Mars (Aries, 9th) - Neptune (Capricorn, 6th)
Venus (Cancer, 12th) - Mars (Aries, 9th) - Neptune (Capricorn, 6th)
Moon (Cancer, 12th) - Mars (Aries, 9th) - Neptune (Capricorn, 6th)
Chiron (Cancer, 12th) - Mars (Aries, 9th) - Neptune (Capricorn, 6th)
(Mars is square Neptune and ASC/Venus/Moon/Chiron)

Grand Trines:
Fire
Mercury (Leo, 2nd) - Midheaven (Aries) - Saturn (Sagittarius, 6th)
Mercury (Leo, 2nd) - Midheaven (Aries) - Uranus (Sagittarius, 6th)

Water
Moon (Cancer, 12th) - Pluto (Scorpio, 4th) - True North Node (Pisces, 8th)
ASC (Cancer) - Pluto (Scorpio, 4th) - True North Node (Pisces, 8th)

I don't know if I should consider Chiron and True North Node, when looking for a T-Square or Grand Trine, but these are the aspects that I've seen in Astrodienst.

I don't know if these info are enough. I'm new here, so please let me know what else I should look for in order to understand all this mess :)
