Why is it that my relationships tend to be so unstable?

And anything else you think you could give me advice with. I make friends quickly and spontaneously, though no matter how long I've known these people I always tend to get outted from a group. People I loved as friends use/abuse and I am forced to leave in other circumstances.

I'm just wondering if there is something wrong with me, I am so often alone and have a difficult time building relationships I find meaningful now a days.
