Ok, so I had a falling out with a friend this week, and thought to try making a chart (initially to use dr. farr's Magic 8 ball technique) to see if it was perminent. Obviously, I read it incorrectly, as the Magic 8 ball I <think> gave a "no" answer, and my limited understanding of horary did the same, yet I did indeed hear from my friend within hours.
Per Magic 8 ball...the question I asked was "will my friend speak to me again?"
With this chart, whether the question is an 11th house (friendship) or third house (communication) issue, the ruler is Mars. ASC in Capricorn means that I am Saturn. Magic 8 says if the ruler is Mars or Saturn, the answer is no.
Saturn is in Libra, exalted, but under the beams? Mars in Leo is in the detriment of Saturn, received by the Sun, but Sun in Libra is in Fall, and the only aspects Mars makes are all seperating? Though Mars is going to Sextile Saturn..is that what I missed?
