Transfer of Light or Interference?

If two significators are coming to an aspect, but Moon is moving to aspect one and then the other before they perfect their aspect - is this transfer of light or interference?

Does the Moon help the matter here or not?

If the aspect they come to is an opposition, does the Moon break the opposition, strengthen it, or makes it a more positive aspect (less conflict)?

Only if the Moon has already separated from the first and is immediately applying to the second. She can't be applying to both of them for translation of light.

If the Moon transfers the light to a second planet through an opposition, it has all the usual meanings of the opposition aspect. It doesn't mitigate it.

So if Moon is applying to both planets, it interferes with the aspect between them, thereby breaking the contact between the two?

The difficult part with the question is that the Moon often serves as a co-ruler, so it can be difficult to say definitively. However, if the Moon rules a bad house, then it's probably the case of destroying the matter.
