Venus in is excellent for counciling.

With that domiciled Mercury conjunct your MC, and Mercury trine Uranus, the modern ruler of psychollogy, I think you'd be brilliant at research. With Venus in Cancer and Neptune square Chiron, I think you are motivated to help people.

But how, honestly, do you feel about working with clients/patients in a counseling situation? Sun square Mars can give you a huge amount of drive to succeed, but with the moon involved, plus Mars sesqui-square Uranus, I wonder if you are prone to angry feelings that flare up suddenly. I think working with troubled clients takes a huge amount of patience, so maybe see how you would rate yourself on that scale.
