Do you relocate progressed charts?

With the time on a relocation chart...do you just change the birth time to match what it would have been in the relocated city? I am confused on this part and want to make sure I am creating an accurate relocated chart.

Yes, to check if you adjusted the time correctly look at the exact degree of your Moon in the relocated chart and compare to your natal chart. The must be exactly the same, if it's even slightly different then you've entered the time wrong.

Or you can compare UT time values (Universal Time) if shown on the charts.

A progressed chart is based on the natal location and birthtime
