Will He Make Contact With Me First?

I ran this chart for someone I hope I will see or hear from again.

I was wondering if he would reach out to me first, or if it is basically all on me to make contact.

The question is:

"Will he make contact with me first?"

I wasn't sure which house, but I went ahead and chose 7th since it deals with someone I've known for a while.

7th house is in Virgo, ruled by Mercury. In the Magic 8 ball method this renders a "yes" answer I think (if I recall correctly).

The 1st house is in Pisces, ruled by Jupiter and Neptune. Mercury and Jupiter aren't aspecting, but Mercury and Neptune are sextile.

Is there anything else I need to consider in this chart? Does it basically mean he will contact me first?

(I'm still fuzzy on determining timing in horary charts, so I will leave that up to a commenter...)

Its all on you to make contact, moon gets to you jupiter first before him mercury does, also mercurys in detriment.

Oh, that's unfortunate. I can't. I think he hates my guts! I guess I will just give up.

Mercury is in fall and detriment of Jupiter and Moon. Not seeing interest from him. Moon void.
