Natal Yod with another person's planet conjunct it

I have a natal yod made up of Venus Pisces 23 degr 1st house quinc Uranus Leo 24 degr 7th house and Saturn Capricorn 22 degr 12th The other person's Chiron is 22 degr Aqu conjunct apex of my Yod. Is this destiny? I believe Chiron rules our careers and relationships not just the 'wounded healer" Anyone help this is so important to me. Thanks
