Is Jupiter in the “Gauquelin” sector of my chart, and if so what does that mean?

I came across Gauquelin sectors as indicating planets of importance. The focus was on the 9th and 12 house in some of the sources I read, others then said the 3rd and 6th were included of “minor importance”.

I’m kinda confused because I happen to be in medical school currently to become a physician. The sources I read that Jupiter in a sector indicated “ actors, playwrights, politicians, military leaders, executives, journalists.” Essentially the opposite of Saturn which indicates physicians and scientists. Like some sources said that Jupiter and a sector made it less likely for a person to become a physician or scientist:

https://planetos.org/mmf.html
“ Note that when Jupiter and Saturn are both significant for a given profession they are significant in opposite directions, and that Mars often shows significance in the same direction as either Jupiter or Saturn, but not with both at the same time.”

But then there is this work which, at some point, indicates medicine for Jupiter is well: https://www.astrology-and-science.com/g-hist2.htm

“ But the results were almost uniformly positive. Of the total of 13 French planetary observations for eminent professionals (Mars, Jupiter, Saturn for physicians and scientists; Moon, Mars for champions; Moon, Mars, Jupiter for military men; Moon, Jupiter for politicians; Jupiter for actors; Mars, Saturn for Painters), no less than 11 replicated with statistical significance”

“Other studies. [1] Shunned aspects between natal Sun, Moon and natal others especially VE,MA,SA,UR for 623 criminals. [2] Aspects between natal Moon and transitting Jupiter (the astrological significator for good fortune) on the days 1154 eminent French doctors were elected to the Academy of Medicine.”

And this source included interpretation of the planets to be associated with certain strong personality traits, for Jupiter it’s of course expansiveness.

So I guess I’m wondering if my chart does indeed indicate anything significant two other people, and if it does is there a way it can fit in my current route towards medicine?

Gauquelin sectors - Is it true for you?
https://www.astrologyweekly.com/forum/showthread.php?t=48613

The Gauquelin sectors
cover ten degrees of the zodiac
on both sides
of your ascendant
and
your Midheaven
for a total of twenty degrees each
and
forty degrees in all.
g-hist03.gif

Both sectors together cover one ninth of the 360 wheel.
Planets in your Gauquelin sectors
are usually in the first, twelfth, ninth and tenth houses

Does that mean you disagree with sources which include planets near the IC and 4th house cusp?

And that it’s only those planets WITHIN 10 degrees on either side of the Midheaven/Ascendant, and not simply those in the 9/10/12/1st houses?

Edit:

Your source even said this:

“ The Gauquelin sectors are around the astrological angles – the Ascendant and Midheaven (the most powerful zones) and the Descendant and IC (slightly weaker).”

Also I didn’t read anything about the 10 degree rule! But of course I’m always looking to be proven wrong :D
