Chart below for someone falsely accused of wrongdoing and so far the lies have been successful with the authorities. Question: "Will I [person in question] be arrested in connection with these accusations?"

I am leaning toward "no" due to lack of Ptolemaic aspect between significators of Querent and Quesited although I have considered turning the chart to make 12th (confinement) house of Querent and 6th (false accusation) house of Quesited. That method seems to produce a somewhat qualified "yes" (Saturn retrograde in the 4th, which in the radical chart I took as an indication that the matter was at an end or would be shortly). Unsure what to do with the Moon here - co-significator is my gut instinct, and timing wise it seems to be slow going since she is in fixed Aquarius.
Or perhaps I am out in left field, which is a distinct possibility. Thoughts?
