What's claimed: Americans "are mostly in favour of Trump".

False: Even in the 2016 Election, with the (proven) help of illegal foreign, mostly Russian, interference with the Election in the swing-States, Trump STILL LOST the Popular Vote by a wide margin. The interference is well-known and incontrovertible; and, entirely separate from the issue concerning whether or not the Trump campaign actively participated ("colluded").

It's TRUMP'S Derangement Syndrome, a result of his being a victim of Cognitive Dissonance. It does seem to spread his delusions to many of his followers, however, in whom the unfortunate malady so severely afflicting Trump is mostly latent when they're not under his influence.
