Apparently erroneously. So, they're all equally effective except for the Outermosts?
This theory only provides rough estimation of their predominance. I am not sure whether all sublunar objects taken together are made of 25% heat, 25% moisture, 25% dryness and 25% cold. Sounds unlikely, especially since these powers are not distributed evenly among the planets, signs, angles and aspects (they are beautifully harmonized by the Maker, yet they are not perfectly symmetrical, just like nature). When they are related, astrology provides the taxonomic key to the understanding of these phenomena for example in the relationship of heat, masculinity and aggression, or of cold, old matters and stagnation etc. - https://www.astrologyweekly.com/forum/showthread.php?t=130820

Yes, man, created the overly fast paced design of our society. The Moose should not need the capacity to understand 100 km.
According to evolutionary theory humans and animals are going to be predisposed to the danger of any kind of modern technology, because they lack adaptations for it unlike for something like height or a reptile, that can be even related to an irrational phobia that does not present remotely similar danger to that of driving with 100 km/h.

We have cars with radar now, that assist the human drivers by stopping automatically before a collision. That should be mandatory, and government funded when necessary. Japan's already using them on a widespread basis.
