Hi and thanks for asking.
You know when we get really scared or full of fear (or anger, hate, violent etc. etc.) we actually drop down and vibrate energetically slower? It's true and when we're in love or super happy and laughing and radiating love and/or joy......we actually are! We actually increase our vibratory rates and we rise up energetically through those type emotions and literally vibrate much higher and faster.
You know how you can sometimes actually feel when someone is sad? Angry? Hateful? Full of fear? That's what you're feeling, them vibrating slower than they usually do. And also how it feels to be around someone who's crazy happy in love? They sort of glow and are light and bouncy. That's because they are litereally vibrating faster
energetically. Same thing when we are deeply happy and at ease inside ourselves. We literally get
lighter!
So when a conscious Lightworker (a person who deliberately
works with Light ) is channeling more higher vibrating Light through their minds/hearts/bodies.....that person is literally housing in themselves and then working to maintain that faster vibrating state of beingness in them no matter what lower vibrating insanity is going on around them. No easy task for any of us! It's much like when some people meditate to get to, to reach, a higher faster more expanded state of consciousness and being. Lightworkers are doing the same things but, doing it while NOT in a meditative state but normal daily living. In other words they're manifesting that higher state/Light here instead of going up to it. Heaven on Earth....
That's what Lightworkers have been doing for many years now. Higher faster vibrating non polarity Light/Knowledge is flowing into them and they're learning how to work with that while it transmutes their personal 'darkness' - all of their lower, slower, more dense and heavy negative energies/thoughts/belief systems/emotions/wounds etc. And the natural and normal outcome of doing all this now is that you speed up energetically and begin to exist at a higher level of reality than before.
You also asked about the different phases of Ascension. That's a huge and complex subject but I'll just say that there are groups of people, (think of stair steps with groups of people standing on different steps right now) being triggered/activated at different times to begin this Ascension process. Think of it like at first half a million Lightworkers got activated at around the same time to begin resolving Polarity and slowly Ascending (speeding up energetically) both themselves and portions of physical Earth.
A few years later another group of, let's say, about 1 million Lightworkers are all triggered by higher dimensional Light to begin their personal Ascension work and transformations. Now there's 2 large groups of Lightworkers all standing at slightly different stair steps (phases) doing what they're supposed to now. Next lets say 1.5 million Lightworkers get triggered by the even higher vibrating Light energies that are easily flowing into the Earth now (because of the other 2 groups on-going works) and they're now standing on a 3rd stair step of energy but all 3 groups are all holding within themselves these higher vibrating Light energies. And on and on it goes until so much higher vibrating Light has returned that today, it's taken back the whole planet.
In early July 2006 another large group of Lightworkers got activated and have just begun their individual Ascension process and work.
You asked about what happened in phase one? We all got horribly sick and it's been many years of illness and profound pain to get this Light into all the Darkness here through our bodies. But that's what the first and second groups are good at doing so that's what they've been working at for years now. Today it's so much easier because there's many others doing their parts too and the big energy change-over to Light finally tipped the scales in early April 2006. These Ascension activations will keep increasing for more people now with shorter time inbetween each new group activation. Soon it will be a whole Aquarian Group of higher vibrating Light beings. Cosmic Humans of Light pouring Waters down to Earth.
