You're not going to be able to meet someone new and form a healthy relationship if you are still waiting on your ex and still in love with them. If you truly want someone new, you have to let go and/or heal whatever unresolved issues you have with your ex. Move forward,not backward.

There is a possibility of meeting romantic partners since uranus is going to transit your 7th house soon. Its already in the sign of your 7th house, so likely the beginning stages of this transit are taking place already. Quick attractions can form, but old relationships that you have outgrown both in friendships and romance are going to be unstable or will need to end to make way for new people.
