Sorry, have not been able to explain well,
there is no need to wear, better recite mantra/stotra, if wish
have said wear Neelam on steel pendant touching heart for luck.
sat own acq 9th for luck-education-distant lands-travels, bhagyodaya at 36+
NOT OVER THE FINGER or MIDDLE FINGER! to avoid side effects;
hope more clear now!
