One person is missing since last 8 months. I wanted to know that can we check it from his charts if he is alive and safe? or any mishappening with him?
What is the way to check it?
He is libra and libra rising.

IMO, Alive or dead?

In the best of circumstances, not more than a 75% chance of being right. And besides that, the chart lives on. For example, a sudden big discussion of Marilyn Monroe in the media will show a dramatic boost in her natal chart even though she's been loooooong dead.

It is possible to use another form of astrological enquiry
known as Horary Astrology

We have an Horary subforum
for questions regarding Missing People
http://www.astrologyweekly.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=45

AND IT IS VERY IMPORTANT
TO READ THE RULES ON ASKING AN HORARY QUESTION
BEFORE
YOU ASK ANY SPECIFIC HORARY QUESTION

Best recourse for such a question (Is he dead or alive?) is horary.

Problem is, the question should not be superficial, ephemeral, posed out of curiosity...
Horary works best with deeply-felt, perturbing, gnawing sorts of questions, questions that have some significance in the life of the querent, questions of import.

And also best, let the question surge forth from the psychological depths of its own accord. Let the question "be born [come forth] in its own natural time."

Hi, Chanap,

you can dress a chart for the event, or when he was seen at last. And also you can put the question, for example "Where is he?", or "Is he still alive" and so on. The remarks from greybeard are very important, so you have to connect to your life partner very strongly and then the "right" question will arise for you.

I did several cha

oh! a technical problem, don't know how to rectify it ..

So, once more: I did several charts for a young girl missing and understood, that the horary charts answered more for lost things than for missing people, but have a try, perhaps you'll find some leads.
I wish you good luck!

An EVENT chart for when the person was last seen is a good alternative
as Sunny as explained
if you recall the precise time, date and location of when the person was last seen
then the ELECTIONAL AND EVENT ASTROLOGY subforum
is a good place to post a chart for that moment
and details of your concerns
