No, he won't. I suggest you look for something more "available".

The Moon is not only in the Via Combusta here but, it is also void. The Moon is also besieged meaning it really has no way out of this situation.

Moon is void and having left a trine from him to the MOon, showing your last encounter or relationship? Are you guys still together? He clearly wants you but is indecisive and in fall, he is very unhappy.
No aspect between main significators, Mercury and Jupiter and Moon is void. He will stay put. Sorry!

(Following is not in accordance with standard horary practice and uses whole sign house format)

In the intermediate future (probably next 4 to 6/8 months), for which period of time this horary is (probably) valid:

-relative to the question "will he divorce his wife?"
-HIS Lot of Divorce (his "ascendant" ie the cusp of the 7th house, plus the cusp of the 7th from the 7th house, minus Saturn) falls @ 1 Leo
a) which is an exalted degree of Leo = - testimony for divorce (+ testimony for staying married)
b) his significator (Jupiter, lord of the 7th whole sign house) retrogrades away from the Lot = - testimony
c) dispositor of the Lot, the Sun, flows away from the Lot and also flows away from his significator Jupiter = - testimony
...so the answer to the divorce question (during the relevant period of time) is no...

As to his marrying the querent (or defacto marrying her, ie living with her as man and wife)
-he (Jupiter) is in querent's signifying house (1st) showing close connection with the querent
-however he (Jupiter) is both detrimented in Gemini and retrograde (indicative of his always "going back" to his marriage) = - testimony; additionally Jupiter is in a pitted (blocked) degree of Gemini, further suggestive of "no action" in this matter
-querent significator Mercury flows away from him (Jupiter) = - testimony
-querent's co-significator Moon flows away from him (Jupiter) = - testimony
...so the testimonies are - regarding marriage with the querent during the relevant time period while this horary remains valid.

Thank you dr farr

I think I should have asked with time frame instead of a question without a time frame?
