Welcome to the forum. I do find that style of horoscope to be really difficult to read. Would you be willing to repost it using the free charts pages at Astrodienst www.astro.com . You can make your personal data anonymous, but please just use their default chart style, aspects, and keep in their aspectarian (table of aspects.)
.
With your Venus-Ceres in Taurus, I wonder if you love to cook, or garden.
It would be far much easier to answer you if you have one specific question. Maybe 2 or 3 but not the whole thing about your personnality and your life...
Hi Lesley-- so sorry for your losses.
Normally I wouldn't write to someone in this way, but I'd like to take a more spiritual approach to your horoscope. If we do this, then the chart can indicate something about our life purpose/s, our assets and talents, and the challenges we must meet.
If you look at the red and blue aspect lines in your chart, you can make out what looks like the upside-down figure of a kite, pointing to the symbol for Pluto and your north node (of the moon.) A kite formation in a chart connects at least 4 planets in the chart, sometimes more. The planet at the apex of the kite supposedly represents an energy that we need to fulfill in this life. Perhaps more so in your case, because the NN shows where your growth lies.
Mythological Pluto was the old Roman god of the underworld and death. In modern astrology Pluto can have this meaning, but because astrological time is cyclical, it also carries the meaning of rebirth and transformation. Like the mythical phoenix who went into the fire and re-emerged from the egg it laid in the ashes.
Just possibly one of your life purposes is to come to terms with death, and to understand it in a much more profound way than most people do. In doing so, you can become a blessing and help to other people who are tormented by the untimely loss of their loved ones.
This does not seem like an enjoyable or easy process, but then, you probably have thought a lot about death, regardless, in losing your family members at such a young age.
In this challenging task, you have some major personal assets: courage from Mars in its own sign of Aries; and personal resourcefulness and stamina from Saturn in the 8th house. Your Venus is extra strong in its own sign of Taurus, so your artistic creativity can be an asset in your career.
Sometimes bereaved people need the love and nurturing that your moon trine Venus/Ceres can provide.
With Utanus and Neptune square your sun, it can be hard to figure out just who you are in life. And that's OK. An identity quest is "the journey, not the destination."

It's critical to know where all the houses and axes (Ascendant, descendant, IC, MC) fall in your chart. These depend on your time of birth.
Your noon chart looks as if you have a Leo Ascendant, but getting your real time of birth may give you another ascendant entirely - there is a 1 in 12 chance it is actually in Leo.
Asking about your career involves the 10th house/MC and if we don't know it, then we won't be able to give accurate readings.
The very fine readings given to you above are lessened by not having the time of birth. Everywhere that a house is mentioned (3rd, 10th, etc), it is likely to be wrong.
Lesley, thanks for your kind words. They made my day.
Recently I heard a saying that goes something like, "When God closes a door, He opens another door. But it can be hell in the hallway."
You seem to have a good handle on empowering uses of your difficult life experiences.
With all good wishes for your journey, W.
