Maybe this will be a draw and then Belgium win in extra time/penalties.

On Sweden (blue) v England (red?) This one is difficult to predict. From the Frawley method; England would be the ASC in Capricorn. Saturn will be approaching SAG-ASC after halftime and Pluto also in coruler will be intercepting ASC near end of game. DSC in Merc representing Sweden in lite blue has little support. Sun in co-ruler Cancer will approach DSC near end of game. England may receive more energy. See chart

I'm relatively new to sports astrology as well. This is a good opportunity to learn it. I did an horary earlier today (see chart below, Sweden H1 and England H7). In terms of essential dignities, L1 and L7 are equal. In terms of accidental dignities L1 is way better positioned. So based on that Sweden should move on. However, antiscia! It places L1 in the 8th and L7 with the SN. Not sure how that's going affect the result. Let's see how that turns out.

Good job Swen. The Frawley system can be vague but I thought the energy would be with the red team.You got it mostly right except for Harry Kane. Kindly Venus may have helped lessor known players have a crack at glory. PS Croacia in black is struggling against Russia in live game now.Note: Croacia won. In OT shootout 2-2; 4-3

So far I haven't seen a foolproof method of predicting these events. Even the traditional horary approach seems to be more off target than usual.

Just out of curiosity, does anyone here work with triplicity lords? In the old days, they used to work with them a lot.

I use triplicity lords for assessing radicality, as one of the factors to consider in deciding the result.

I'm content enough with the public predictions so far. I don't expect astrologers to get 100%. For me, there is the event chart and also the background mundane aspects, which shifted around the time of the Sweden game in the second round.

Just would like to point out something, hopefully anyone can help me out.
I am fully confident with Belgium beating France and Croatia beating England.

But In final between Belgium and Croatia, I am little bit concerned because both teams manager got excellent transits.

Both teams (Belgium and Croatia) have excellent debut cards, and the Croatian manager got a Sun - Jupiter conjunction of Solar revolution.

Having said that Croatia got more chance as champion than Belgium.

Today we have France - Belgium. I will try. It is difficult for me sports astrology. But i will give a try again.

I will say that Belgium will win.

7th= Mars
I will not analyze the classics (Essential dignities, position and houses etc). You all know. But i will say that
Venus = France, ready to change position and find herself in her fall.. Mars = Belgium, with retrograde motion will be in a state of exalt. So i believe that the 7th=Belgium will win.let see
