Am i pregnant

Hi everyone as you all know I'm trying to have another baby. My period is late and I have a Dr appt this week to do a blood pregnancy test. I was wondering if maybe you can help does my chart show I'm pregnant?? ) thanks friends... below this post is my chart

Were you ovulating when you had sex? I know its too personal, perhaps.
