There is a conflict of bosses with respect to the final loser of WC:
Brazil has the WC Group E in their favor:
1986: the 2nd place comes from the group E.
1994: the second place comes from of the group E.
2002: 2nd place comes from the group E.
2010: the 2nd place comes from the group E.
From 1986, every 8 years, the nation that obtains the second place comes from the Group E
1986: Germany
1994: Italy
2002 : Germany

2018: May be Brazil in Group E
