According to Legal Aid, the property owners are responsible for paying me for my medical expenses. I am a renter. The lady whose property I fell on is a renter. The stairs were in poor condition when the lady moved in, and now the Landlords tell her she should have told them the stairs were in poor condition. I say bull *****.
The Landlords should have thoroughly inspected the property before re-renting it. This is how they are; always passing the blame and making someone else responsible for their negligence.
