Doubtful. Mars is business, its rx and exalted. Saturn, your signficator is rx. Moon applies next to Mercury rx. Too much rx motion, looks like going to be up and down business, you may change your mind about it too. Mars suggests frustration. Also early ASC suggests too early for this question, more development is needed.

For my personal knowledge, doesnt the exaltation of Mars offset its debility (retrograde)?
Also, having Mars, the career, conjunct the ASC is not enough to give a yes?
