I was curious if anyone could help me. I was curious to figure out roughly when my boyfriend of 2 years will propose. 
Everything's going great and we've been talking about our future a lot. Right now we're just trying to get more financially stable and waiting for things to fall into place. How long from now might that be?
I am Mercury retrograde in Leo in the 11th house, and he is Neptune retrograde in Pisces in the 6th house.
I read that if the ruler of the 7th house is retrograde, the person is reluctant to make a commitment. He doesn't seem to be reluctant, other than the fact that we have to wait a little while so we can save money for our future.
