Something happening between us?

I met this man at last weekend and I'm thinking of him all the time. I just want to know if something is happening between us? He being Moon at his own house he doesn't think of me? Or I'm I wrong? My significator is at 11th which is weird as he is not my friend nor I see him as a possible friend. So where is my infatuation shown in this chart?
