That wasn't what Sanger meant--it was just the reverse, but poorly worded. She meant that it WASN'T her intention, and she was trying to allay the fear that it was. Martin Luther King, one of her admirers, was intelligent enough to understand this, but some apparently are not.

Btw, Sanger was adamantly ANTI-abortion, unless the mother's life was in danger. Her whole approach was PREVENTING abortion by promoting birth-control to prevent unwanted pregnancies!

Mindless memes are a menace to informed thinking.

Btw, those WEREN'T her words in the first quote. They were those of another speaker. She NEVER espoused such views.

Ds, do you have any idea what's going on in Area 51? There are a couple of rumors about the survaillance technology in which they want to centralized every computer on the planet. I'm sure there are plenty of crooked bureaucrats whom kidnapping the scientists to do the work for them in Area 51.

PHONEY, made up quote. Sanger was so anti-abortion, she would be labeled a Right-to-Life proponent in today's terminology.
She was also firmly OPPOSED to forced sterilization, and considered it deplorable.
