How to interpret horary charts correctly:

Look to the ascendant, then to the Sun.

In relationship charts, the Sun is the male. In career charts the Sun is the boss or the career:

Look if the Moon applies to the Sun within 5 degrees orb. If it does, there is an important woman or an important deed coming (mainly to the querent)

If the Sun applies to the ascendant within 5 degrees of orb there is an important matter coming

Next, look to mercury if it's in strong signs (fire and air). If it is then that means that the question can easily be answered.

Next, apply standard horary rules to the matter.
