What is he hiding?

Hi all, this is a casual relationship I have with an office colleague and I know that he has had a colourful past in relation to women (he is a Gemini rising) but I wonder if he is hiding something now after a few arguments we had over this past of his. In fact, I do get an odd sense that he is indeed hiding something though I could be completely wrong too - I have only been overthinking the last couple of days. Any insight is helpful!

He's not hiding anything, all significator planets are angular, there's nothing combust, nothing in the 12th house. I can't see anything in the chart that shows he's hiding something.

In addition to what Chrysalis wrote, Neptune planet of deception has no aspects.
