When Will We Reunite

I am seperated ( dob: 30/01/76 time 9:23am place mumbai) from my husband ( dob: 17/12/71 time 10:30am place mumbai) since april of 2018. When will we reconcile and reunite.
Please suggest any remedies that I can do.
