Ancient Greek philosopher Aristotle, and mathematical genius Pythagoras both believed the Earth is a spherical shape. So, it's not a modern innovation.

And, it doesn't conflict with the geocentric Zodiac.

huh?
So I have to wait 180*24 hours before the Sun can set on the eastern horizon after rising from the western horizon?:(:confused::confused:

Yes, if you're talking about the eastern and western horizons of your birth chart.

If you mean the actual eastern and western horizons, the sun crosses those every day. But which degree of which sign of the zodiac is on the horizon when the sun crosses it changes every day, by one degree on average.

Which degree of which sign your personal ascendant is at was fixed at birth. The sun only crosses that once a year.
