I don't post often but I am stuck on reading this horary chart. When it's cap rising the ruler is Saturn, but I get confused by my boyfriend's significator being the moon. Cancer is on the 7th house cusp. I know Cancer is ruled by the Moon, but these minor details in charts throw me off. What comes first in interpretation? I appreciate any help you can offer.
