which house rules citizenship?

Hello,

can someone tell me exactly which house rules the citizenship. I searched online but there is a lot of confusion, 10th,9th,11th and so on...

thanks

Existing citizenship: 1st
Citizenship to acquire: 9th

So if I'm a citizen of X country and the question is 'Will I be a citizen of Y country?' Then it's 9th. If the question is that 'Will my (existing) X citizenship be revoked?' Then it's 1st :)

The Fourth House is "homeland, roots, heritage..." It is "what you are born into". It is your native (from nativity) land, where you feel most at home.

It lies directly under the 10th (king, government), to which it is subject, "under whose authority" citizenship is granted and continued.

If at some future time you experience some change in citizenship, it will show up in the 4th.

Despite appearances, I neither contradict nor dispute Helike's offering. It makes sense to him, and I can see the logic. If a rulership is assigned with any logic at all, the chart will always distribute it.
