New relationship 2019

I want to ask opinions about the chart of my friend. She asked the question which is as stated above, will she form new relationship during 2019. There is so much activity inside 1st house.. I’m puzzled. And I never quite know how moon on the asc should be interpreted? I tried to google it with poor luck. 7th ruler is at 1st and in applying conjunction with moon. So yes? There is no one in her life at the moment.

I noticed that 7th ruler has just moved away from Uranus sitting 3th house and Chiron. Some kind of resent change has happened?

She is Jupiter, her co significator is moon approaching a conjunction with mercury ruling the 7th, on the ascendent, so it would seem that yes, she will enter a relationship .
