The courts won't have any impact on president Obama and his reelection campaign. 
Honestly, not a single nominated Republican can stand a chance to defeat Obama. Politics as usual, but remember the USA may be a republic...one set up by democratic representation by the participation of the people, the general public have the power and will to elect him in or out of office.
