The upcoming conjunction of transiting Saturn to the Ascendant group will be difficult as I am sure you have already imagined. Saturn conjunct Neptune can be treacherous, and it may signal illness. It will be difficult for your relationship to survive that onslaught. There will be suffering on the inside that no one can see. If it were Ascendant alone being conjucted by Saturn, it would be unfortunate, but the way your chart is assembled, Saturn will seem to strike at the heart of you.
