i guess questions would be:
1. what should i do as my career?
2. Do you see love in my chart?

Carreer wise, you should investigate the Libra Midheaven (or Libra MC). The Midheaven usually points in the direction of your social or public persona, and it relates with your professional life, carreer, and your path in life. The Midheaven is the highest point in the natal chart, the energy of the sign that falls on it is very important in your life. Yours falls in Libra, which is a sign that is very akin to relationships of all sorts. Your career will probably involve relating to others, lots of verbal interaction and communication. You could be a diplomat. Your sagittarius rising is hinting (in my opinion) at an extroverted personality, so dealing with other people may not be a problem in your case :)

When you look at love, and love relationships in a natal chart, you should check out where Venus stands. Yours stands in Leo. Venus deals with self-worth, self-love, the ways you express love to others, how you attract things, what you find attractive, and in a way, your "love language". Research the following headings on Google:

I'm no expert, but from the looks of it, it appears that your natal Venus (the venus in your natal chart) is currently in Trine with the Sun (the sun is currently transitting Capricorn). This means the Sun (principal source of energy in our system) is activating your natal venus through a trine aspect, which is harmonic in nature. This could mean that certain things pertaining to Love will start to pop up in your life the following week.

i am actually in an artistic career :) I'm a graphic designer. I am not happy doing this, though...it does pay the bills which i appreciate but it does not make my heart sing. I would really love to be a fine artist, but i know the chances of succeeding in that are slim.

I think Mars in Capricorn make me very reluctant to take chances or "leaps of faith" and just follow my dreams--though my Sag rising really pushes me in that direction. I feel torn a lot.

I've had artistic talent since I was able to pick up a pencil. I just wanted to see if there was anything else in my chart indicating something I didn't know. perhaps this really is the right path.

Well I can definitely say most of this is true for me! (definitely don't love sports though lol) it's nice to see it all in one place, though. Thanks for taking the time!

I actually have been toying with the idea of making and selling my own art/illustrations--that way it could be my own business/me being my own boss. If that's in my chart i would be willing to work hard toward it!

I just really don't like my current job. I feel stifled creatively. And I'm not sure if loving to make art is really enough to make as my career.
I didn't know if maybe something else in my chart pointed in a different direction.

but coz saturn is retro and aspecting moon in trine
you have more inclination towards fine arts.

mars aspect is blocking/restricting it.

but you can do it with some relation to govt related art gallery if chances come.

Very interesting viraajsk! Thank you for your insights. I honestly don't know much about vedic astrology but I am definitely interested.

That all makes a lot of sense--government though? hmm--is there anything other than government the sun could relate to? I have always been very turned off by politics and law and things like that lol. I couldn't imagine working with something like that, but hey, I guess anything is possible!
