Worried for my daughter.

Please tell about my daughter's career and future. We are very worried as my family friend said she has many bad planets and no chance of success in career as her 10th house is empty. They also said her married life too will not be good and she will get married late. Her health will also be affected severely. Mercury,Venus,Mars and moon are weak. Please confirm.

Her details are:

Birthdate-30/09/96
Time of birth- 7:30 am
Place of birth-Karwar, Karnataka, India

Thank you so much sir. She is currently trying for government exams. Is a government job indicated in her chart?
