Given reception between your significators, Venus and Mars, I would say that he holds you in warm regard, but he/Mars is definitely not doing so well, Mars in its detriment.
Your chart doesn't show the exact degree placements of the planets, but it appears that Venus and Mars separate from a sextile, so am not sure its to his missing you, although he has no averse feelings toward you.
I wonder what other members might think about this?
