With Aries Rising, Mars conj. Uranus in Aqu ruling the chart, Moon in Leo, Cap MC, Sun-Merc-Pluto conj. in Sadge opposed. to Saturn in Gemini, and Jupiter as the only angular planet there is a theme of expansionism, attraction to power & seeking of influence; wanting to be a "high flyer". I see your chart as a politically oriented chart, but with a lot of intellectual power driving behind it.

Some career suggestions as you requested would be Public Relations, Academia or teaching (higher Ed. or High School), diplomacy, international relations, Law, Politics, Journalism and publishing. These are broad stroke suggestions that can be further fine-tuned depending on what you share, or if you do not wish to discuss with anyone publicly, what you meditate upon and hash out individually or with your confidants. There is a talent or at least interest in information, it's treatment and it's dissemination. Gemini Saturn in the 3rd gears toward a technical and studious mind, which will put you at an advantage in any of the aforementioned options.

You're spot on! I would like to be a person in charge or in a seat of power. I was thinking maybe perhaps owning a business some day, or maybe taking over my father's company. How do you feel about those options?

Those are splendid options. The thing about astrology is that it should confirm to the "truth" of a person's life. The exalted Jupiter in the 4th suggests the power of your father, and possibly a good relationship with him growing up, as he was a ready mentor and teacher to you. The Sagittarius planets are disposed by this Jupiter, so a lot of your energies being oriented toward his business and the "family legacy" is a decent manifestation of the chart energies.

What does your father's company specialise in, if you are willing to share? Based on how you say it, it sounds like it's in a field that you would have no problem participating and working in.

It's not so much that I would have no problem participating or working in, it's that if I took over his business, it would give me a head start haha

He sells curriculums to private schools geared towards the younger age, (preschool, kindergarten etc.) He's trying to integrate artificial intelligence into the schooling in some way, I forget how. I think something like an AI suggesting books based on how the kid is learning while also serving as the reader for the very young children who have yet to learn how to read.

He wants me to go to some college in California to learn about AI and all this, but I really do hate school. I've been told that this is somewhat irregular due to my Sun and Mercury conjunction which points towards a higher education of some sort. I dropped out of school when I was fifteen, so I'm not too sure haha. Perhaps it is because of my Saturn being in the third house? Or maybe Chiron in the ninth? I do remember something along the lines of problems with education.

I've looked into a little bit of Vedic Astrology, and it showed some planets of mine have adverse effects on my father, mainly dying early I believe. I would like to know much more about my chart, how do you propose I go about learning?

The main goal I've had for almost all of my life is to be someone of importance. I've always wanted to just disappear for a couple of years and come back as this very accomplished man wanting to provide for those who have been good to him.

Do you believe there are any indicators of wealth in my natal chart? I have Neptune and Uranus in my eleventh houses, does this mean much? I may be wrong, but I think the eleventh has something to do with wealth.

Academia or teaching (higher Ed. or High School) sounded like great sugestions. Saturn opposing Mercury and Sun might cause the educational issues. But once you handle saturn it should get better, same as saturn in third which makes great thinker, tacticion, handling hard facts, research, ordering information into structures etc. But there is some issue with connecting to higher self (chiron), intercepted pisces and virgo, mars in 12th, ruler of 12th opposite moon, cancer for two and sure you have the taste to show them success but do you have what it takes to be a boss mentally? you look kinda inhibited as a person. Don't get the greed consume you.

I'm not too sure what you mean by "Don't get the greed consume you." I am somewhat of an inhibited person when I first meet someone, but with friends I'd like to say I'm very comfortable and I can be my true self. I'd also like to say that I'm not too greedy of a person; if I have money, then those I care for have money as well. I am, however, very careful with my money and how I spend it.

Can I ask why you believe I don't have what it takes to be a boss?

Firstly, it feels like your taste for money might eventually grow.

How come you say my taste for money may grow? Just speculation? Or is there anything in my natal chart which indicates that? If it was just speculation, speculation from the less-than-a-page worth of text that had very little to do with anything related to finance, I won't worry too much about it. I believe otherwise. However, if you say this because there is an indication in my natal chart about my want for money to grow, I'd love to know more because I'm genuinely curious :sideways:

Well, it's because you asked me if I thought I had what it took mentally to be a boss, and then followed up with "you look kinda inhibited as a person," suggesting you didn't think I had what it took to be a boss because I "... look kinda inhibited as a person." Is this not true that this points to what I thought you meant?

I have no problem with you thinking that I have or don't have what it takes, but is it because I chose to show a more reserved side of myself that you don't think I have what it takes mentally? Again, genuinely curious. Excitedly waiting for your response, friend!

I didn't expect that your father's field would fit so well with the energy of your chart. Very interesting. Both Gemini and especially Sagittarius can be undisciplined and prodigal, especially in youth. While both Chiron and Saturn could connote the difficulties you've faced in your schooling. But bare in mind that both Saturn and Chiron are planets with long cycles (28 years for Saturn and 50 years for Chiron) and they both speak to maturity/wisdom through adversity, blockages and delays. You might hate schooling now at the age of 17, but you may eventually see the value of the schooling process despite of that and bite the bullet to do it, because you see its importance in the overall value in the achievement of your aims (which you certainly have a lot of, noting your fire placements). Barring an early death, you have a whole life to live through, and the significance of academic experience doesn't stop just because you might have dropped out of school. During your first Saturn in particular you may come to some realizations about your life where your attitude toward education changes.

Regarding learning more about astrology, what type of astrology are you most drawn to? That would give me a better idea of what books I can recommend to you.

This is equivalent to:

have you been working out recently? Your belly is not hanging out as much.

you think I lost weight?

I never said that, you're putting words in my mouth. I asked you a question, and you've concluded that by yourself.

Tell me if I'm wrong, there's a good chance I may have misunderstood something haha.

No hard feelings. Just wanting to know how you think compared to how I think. It's very interesting for me.

Watch that Leo Moon opp. Mars/Uranus there m8

I'm not really sure, astrology in general interests me. I'm really not entirely sure why, but most probably because I feel that if I can see something coming from up ahead, I'll know how to better plan for it and things like that.

Whichever you genuinely recommend, I will give a try. When is this "first Saturn" going to happen?

Oh, and regarding my dad's business, so you feel that this is a great fit for me?

One last thing I forgot to mention, his business also makes books for low level reading students.

Sorry. I know I was being a little cheeky haha. I don't really know why, she just gave me a weird vibe and I knew when it came down to it, aah whatever.

I'm not too sure what Leo Moon opp. Mars/Uranus does though, would you explain to me? I'd really appreciate it :sideways:

Alright, so it seems like you'd prefer a prediction based & event oriented approach to astrology. I'd say start with traditional astrology then. My own astrological education was idiosyncratic and unsystematic, and it wasn't until last year that I'd read a book that I'd consider a real good book for beginners. And I mean absolute beginners to traditional concepts. That book is called "The Tiny Universe - Astrology and the Thema Mundi Chart" by Joy Usher. Alongside that you could pick up Hellenistic Astrology by Chris Brennan & Introductions to Traditional Astrology by Ben Dykes which is a translation of the works of Abu Ma'shar and Al-Qabisi , two prominent astrologers from antiquity. I can also send you Robert Zoller's beginner course on astrology, if you are up for it.

Here's a piece of unsolicited advice. I genuinely think that being too married and locked into a certain style inhibits your growth. Learn them, master them but don't lock yourself into them as there are other approaches and techniques in astrology that would greatly enrich your repertoire and understanding of astrology and it's rich symbolism.

The first Saturn return happens at the end of your 20s and at the start of your 30s. Between the ages of 27-30. One could call it the rite of passage into "planetary adulthood".

I think your dad's business fits the kind of thrust I see happening in your chart, yes. Especially that last line sounds like Gemini Saturn Rx in the 3rd house.

Her comments seemed to get under your skin, where she might not necessarily be meaning to offend you. But a Leo Moon can be sensitive to criticism, and Mars/Uranus adds a hair trigger reaction time to any thing that may "hit against your Moon". From easily annoyed, to a downright violent temper. Highly reactive, 0 to 100 in no time flat. Based on house placements it may not be so apparent and you may suppress it, but it will find its way to bleed out. Be conscious of it so it doesn't become your undoing.

It did get under my skin for a split second, but I genuinely would've been okay with the comment if there was good reasoning. I think what made me think "what the hell" the most is when she said "you know what? You're putting a thing in my mouth that I didn't say, I've just asked you and you concluded it by yourself." for obvious reasons. I'd like to say I'm in very good control of my emotions, but when I feel that I have a right to be angry, I do have how you would describe, a violent temper. My emotions do jump around as well. Generally, I know when I'm being a jerk or otherwise though.

One last question, is there anything in my chart that leads me to have a dislike towards people who aren't straight up and or dance around what they truly mean? I've always had a liking towards people who are honest and upfront.

Seriously, I really do appreciate your insight. Thank you! :sideways:
